Founded in 2016 as part of the PMD Group and Hospitality, the Hospitality Academy was relaunched in 2023 under the name Synergia to reflect our core philosophy. “Synergia” embodies the belief that collaboration enables individuals and organizations to achieve more together than they could alone.

Initially specializing in hotel management training, we have since expanded our services to include the textile, agricultural, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), and other industries. At Synergia Academy, we foster an educational environment where individuals develop skills and knowledge to work effectively across different sectors, integrating diverse ideas and goals.

In 2024, a unique training module titled "World of Hospitality" was created for the preparation of junior and mid-level management staff in the hospitality sector. This module is implemented in hotels and provides valuable knowledge for those who aspire to build a career in the hospitality industry.
