Consultancy services on training needs
As an academy, we provide services in building training routes for companies based on their needs. By assessing their needs we build tailor-made training programs.
In coordination with the company's HR and Learning and Development team members, we provide different types of services based on the analysis of the company's performance, processes and KPI's. By adding such training development programs we can help in the development of middle and senior level managers.
Consultancy services on leadership development
As per request from our clients, internal and external stakeholders, we provide workshops on leadership where we receive requests on providing leadership workshops and training.
Leadership Assessment is also offered as part of the consultancy service and is based on various types of workshops and coaching sessions.
Leadership workshops are arranged by our trainers or partner companies. Along with workshops, group or individual coaching sessions are also offered.
Tailored programs
Synergia Academy provided tailored made programs as per needs of our clients as well as TNA (Training Needs Assessment) which is done as per each client requirements. Tailored programs can be changed as per discussion with trainers and their approach to different types of trainings.
